We have completed the Kaspersky anti-virus software procurement. The new anti-virus program can be downloaded from the software download area from the university information technology center website。

從四月初開始本中心陸續接獲學生反映校園網路(包括宿舍網路以及無線網路)對外連結特定網站或服務(尤其是國外網站或伺服主機位於國外者)速度有突然變慢的情況。經追查係為本校國際專線電路頻寬(500Mb)壅塞導致，因此緊急向中華電信公司申請擴充頻寬至1Gbps來改善狀況<詳全文>

Since April, students have reflected the campus network (including the dormitory network and wireless network) to particular sites (especially foreign site or server hosts located abroad) experienced sudden decrease in service quality.  With further investigation, we concluded that the university's 500Mb international leased circuit was congested.  We have contacted Chunghwa Telecom and applied for the 1Gbps leased circuit to help solving the network congestion situation.

課程將以深入淺出的方式，介紹本校個人儲存雲及社群儲存雲之相關應用、公版會議資料管理系統、公版報名暨線上繳費系統、公版檔案分享系統等研習內容，瞭解與熟悉這些系統的運用，不僅發送個人學習時數，且提昇資訊應用能力，有利於勝任繁雜的行政工作<詳全文>

Practical classes will be available in July to explain various university information systems. We will introduce personal and community cloud storage applications, conference management system, registration & payment system, file-sharing system. With better understanding of mentioned computer information systems will help enhance productivities regarding to complex administrative tasks and attending these classes will count towards annual study hours.

104 annual summer “Faculty information Technology learning” classes will begin in July. The classes will include Adobe Indesign, Corel VideoStudio, PowerPoint, web page authoring (with css technology), PDF applications. Welcome faculty members to join us.

往年本校簽立微軟大專校院授權方案中，包括提供系所「微軟大專校園授權」之軟體光碟服務，內含MS Windows 最新中文升級版及MS Office中文版。今(104)年起將不再提供軟體光 碟發送服務，本校學生可直接透過學校專屬網站(http://ntnu.onthehub.com))下載軟體，直接取得Windows 7/8/8.1或Office 2010 / 2011 / 2013授權使用，無需再定期經由網路認證。 個人如仍需要上述軟體的安裝光碟片，請自行訂購該光碟片，並參考相關檔案，檔案中包括如何註冊（需使用師大信箱註冊）、如何登入、如何訂購及如何查詢訂單。訂購相關問題，亦請傳送電子郵件至 sales@kivuto.com 行瞭解。

In the previous Microsoft Campus Agreements, the university departments were provided with software CDs including Chinese version of Microsoft Windows upgrade edition and Microsoft Office. Starting this year, the university will no longer provide software CDs. University students can access the university's dedicated website (http://ntnu.onthehub.com) to download or purchase software CDs (Windows 7/8/8.1 or Office 2010/2011/2013), software acquired from this website no longer need to connect to the university network to verify software licenses; please refer to the following guide on how to use this website.
