校園軟體雲上線     網路版直接連線使用

本中心業已建立校園軟體雲,方便教職員生使用時下流行的行動裝置(如平板電腦、智慧型手機),透過網路直接選用各種校園授權軟體。只要先依個人載具安裝用戶端程式,即能連上雲端選用相關軟體,操作說明詳見資訊中心網站>軟體服務>軟體下載 [雲端版使用說明]

The campus software cloud service is available to use with popular mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones. With the installation of service agent program on the selected device, users can use licensed campus software on their own devices without actually installing the program on their computers, tablets, or smartphones. 擴大金流服務      開發公版報名暨線上繳費系統

「全校性金流平台」上線一年來已應用於網路申請成績單系統、學術研討會報名與繳費作業、國語中心學費繳交等業務,方便使用者進行線上刷卡繳費事宜。目前本中心進一步開發完成公版報名暨線上繳費系統,提供學校各單位簡易的報名系統,在完成基本資料填寫後,無縫式介接金流平台進行線上繳費。後續將積極擴大相關應用,延伸校園e卡資訊站服務,統合學生證掛失暨補發系統,以提供更為便利多元又安全的繳費服務管道… <詳全文>

“University financial online service platform” has already operated for over a year. This service platform has been applied to various online payments, such as conference registration, score sheet application, and Mandarin Training Center’s tuition payment. IT center has developed a basic registration system which is seamless integrated with the University financial online service platform. 綠能電腦機房     開放主機代管服務

本校林口校區電腦機房業已落成,專業且新穎的環境,符合省電、遠端管理及各項安全性的要求,開放各單位移轉主機設備,交由本中心機房集中代管,不僅省下系所空間免除自行管理機房,又能做到節能減碳。

The university's green server room in Linkou campus is now completed. The professional and innovative environment is open to host servers for all of the departments in the university. Users can manage their server through the internet, without the need to maintain a server room, while achieving energy saving and carbon reduction.

網路問題服務信箱

本校各校區無線網路涵蓋率已達9成以上,使用需求日益增加且頻繁,為能隨時掌握使用品質及問題排除,特設立專屬網路服務信箱(netadm@ntnu.edu.tw),提供師生反映無線網路問題,以利儘早獲得本中心回應及改善資訊。

University campus Wi-Fi coverage has reached more than 90 percent of the campus area. In order to keep tracks of all usage related issues and maintain service quality, we create an exclusive email mail box (netadm@ntnu.edu.tw), providing university Wi-Fi users a communication channel to report campus Wi-Fi related problems.
